Chateau Gaby 2014 Red Bordeaux
Price range: $49.99 through $456.00Canon-Fronsac France
This wine is lovely in color: an intense red with bright tints. Hints of pretty, red fruit are complemented by flavors of black fruit in some vintages. Discretely woody undertones highlight the classy nature of this wine. Very ripe, very elegant flavors with slightly toasted and spicy hints linger on the finish. All the wines from Château Gaby pair well with buttery foods, sharp cheeses, roasted meats, and veal. R2-1

Chateau Gaudin 2019 Grand Vin Pauillac
Price range: $39.99 through $360.00Bordeaux France
Wine Enthusiast 92 Rating
Still with its firm tannins, this dense wine is promising. Its ripe blackberry fruits and concentrated tannins will shortly begin to soften into a well-rounded, balanced and juicy wine. *Cellar Selection*

Chateau Giscours 2020 Red Blend

Wine Enthusiast 98 Rating
Perfumed, ripe and juicy, this structured wine is already impressive. Its layered texture and black plum fruits have serious potential, packed with fruit and tannins with a generous aftertaste. SP55-6 -
Château Gloria 2020 Saint-Julien
$56.99Bordeaux
Vinous 95 Rating
The 2020 Gloria has an intense nose of penetrating blackberry, raspberry, crushed violet and crushed stone aromas. After 20 minutes, this just blossoms in the glass. The palate is medium-bodied with sappy black fruit, fine acidity and just a touch of espresso and orange peel toward the finish, which remains taught and focused. What a wonderful Gloria! This might actually surpass its sibling, Château St. Pierre, this year. SPBX-12 -
Chateau Grand Puy Ducasse 2018 Grand Cru Classe Pauillac
$69.99Bordeaux
Vinous 94 Rating
The 2018 Grand Puy Ducasse is just as impressive as it was en primeur. Readers will find a heady, richly textured Pauillac loaded with character. Technical Director Anne Le Naour and consulting oenologist Hubert de Bouärd coaxed tremendous richness from the 2018 while avoiding some of the excesses of the recent past. The result is a wine that delivers on all levels. Succulent dark cherry, plum, mint, licorice, sweet spice and a touch of new oak build into a striking crescendo on the lush, persistent finish. Chateau Grand Puy Lacoste 2020 Grand Cru Classe Pauillac
$99.99Bordeaux
Jeb Dunnuck 95 Rating
The 2020 Château Grand-Puy-Lacoste is a more fleshy, textured Pauillac that still plays in the concentrated, focused, structured style of the vintage. Ripe black cherries, currants, toasty oak, chocolate, and tobacco leaf notes give way to a medium to full-bodied, richly textured 2020 that has velvety tannins, good mid-palate depth, and a great finish. Do your best to hide bottles for 4-5 years and enjoy over the following 20-25 years or so. SPBX-6 -
Chateau Grand-Puy-Ducasse 2022 Bordeaux Blend Pauillac
Price range: $69.99 through $360.00Bordeaux France
Jeb Dunnuck 96 Rating
The 2022 Château Grand-Puy Ducasse is a gorgeous effort that might surpass the 2020 when all is said and done. Largely Cabernet Sauvignon (58%) yet with a solid dose of Merlot (40%) and a splash of Petit Verdot, this beauty exhibits a deep purple hue as well as powerful aromatics of blackcurrants, spicy oak, freshly sharpened lead pencils, and a chalky sense of minerality. Medium to full-bodied on the palate, this broad, layered, beautifully textured, and concentrated Pauillac has building tannins, plenty of mid-palate depth, and a great finish.
