Dominus Estate 2012 Red
$269.99Napa Valley California
Antonio Galloni 100 Rating
Extremely Limited Offering
The 2012 Dominus is a wild, exotic wine. Harvest began on October 9 and finished on the 21st, very late by present-day standards. Ripe red cherry, kirsch, cinnamon, rose petal, incense and rose petal soar out of the glass. Deep and vibrant, with terrific freshness, Dominus is very clearly one of the wines of the year. I loved the 2012 from barrel, but found it quite closed after bottling. Now, after all these years, I finally see the realization of the potential suggested in my barrel tastings. Magnificent. Very clean and focused, with an intensity that belies its delicate profile. Wonderful aromas and flavors of apricot, flowers and slate, with pinpoint balance and a long, almost salty aftertaste. Deceptive and completely disarming in its appeal. Drink now through 2030. *Collectibles* Wall -

Château de Nalys 2018 Chateauneuf du Pape
$99.99Southern Rhone Valley France
Wine Spectator 95 Rating Highly Recommended Selection
#10 Top 100 Wine Spectator 2021. A bright savory note leads off this red, followed quickly by sanguine and bay leaf accents, all melding nicely with the core of steeped blackberry, raspberry and plum fruit flavors as they move through the rich, licorice root–tinged finish. Best from 2022 through 2035. SPBX-12 SP39-3 -

Ramey 2017 Rochioli Vineyard Chardonnay
$59.99Russian River Valley Sonoma California
Wine Enthusiast 99 Rating
Only the third vintage by this producer from this spectacular site, this elegant wine is brimming in tension and length. Delicate layers of Meyer lemon, Gravenstein apple and pear show an abundance on the palate, seasoned in salty oak, nutmeg and a hint of cardamom. *Editors’ Choice* SPR1-9 -
Pride Mountain Vineyards 2018 Merlot Napa-Sonoma Counties 1.5 lt mag
$119.99California
Antonio Galloni 93 Rating
The 2018 Merlot is another very pretty wine in this part of the Pride range. Plump and juicy, with mid-weight structure, the 2018 is gorgeous right out of the gate. Succulent black cherry, plum, mocha, licorice and spice all flesh out effortlessly, with bright acids that keep the flavors lively. The restrained style is so appealing. CF-6 -
Maxem 2021 Pinot Noir UV Vineyard
$89.99Sonoma Coast California
Wine Advocate 96 Rating
Far West in the Sonoma Coast, just a short drive to the Pacific Ocean, lies one of northern California’s best Pinot & Chard vineyard, named UV after it’s founder Ulysses Valdez. Maxem is a micro-producer, basically just a husband and wife making wine in their garage. But this is really, really good garage wine, and on the radar of cult wine collectors. Full bodied, ripe, fruit forward and smooth, great as an aperitivo or with food. BX-12
