  • Stonestreet 2018 Upper Barn Vineyard Chardonnay

    $159.99$840.00

    Alexander Valley California
    Wine Advocate 97 Rating
The 2018 Chardonnay Upper Barn Vineyard was aged for 10 months in French oak, 46% new. It has a very classy nose of ripe peaches, fresh yellow apples and allspice followed by fresh ginger, cashew and acacia honey plus a waft of sea spray. Full-bodied, rich, satiny and with fantastic intensity and tension, it finishes very long and chalky. YUM!

  • Pride Mountain Vineyards 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon

    $89.99$1,020.00

    Napa/Sonoma County
    Wine Enthusiast 93 Rating
A wild and wonderful abundance of floral aromatics jumps from the glass of this powerfully structured wine. Sure, there are also currant and plum aromas on the nose as well juicy berry fruit and a nice streak of acid to balance the tannin on the palate but please, take time to stop and smell the flowers.

  • Jim Barry 2012 The Armagh Shiraz

    $239.99

    South Australia
    Wine Advocate 98+ Rating
Deep garnet-purple colored, the 2012 Shiraz The Armagh offers a gorgeous perfume of baking spices, violets, Sichuan pepper and fragrant earth. More earthy and savory in the mouth than on the nose, the palate is superbly structured and taut—built for the long-haul—with a long, complex finish. Still very youthfully, forget this wine for 3-5 more years and consider drinking it over the next 20+. R45-1

  • Araujo Estate 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Eisele Vineyard

Medium to deep garnet-purple in color, the 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon charges from the gate with exuberant red and black cherries notes, black currants and mulberries with a beautiful roses and lavender perfume, plus hints of sandalwood and cinnamon stick. Full-bodied, concentrated and downright explosive in the mouth, it is still wearing loads of gorgeous puppy-fat fruit flavors, offering suggestions of the complex, multilayered blockbuster that it will emerge into. The structure deserves its own mention: wonderful, seamless freshness and oh-so-fine, pixelated tannins, with an extraordinary persistence of fruit and mineral nuances. Wow. R33-2

  • Aubert 2015 Chardonnay Hudson Vineyard

    $199.99

    Carneros California
    Wine Advocate 98 Rating
The 2015 Chardonnay Hudson Vineyard is a toasty, nutty, baked peaches and pear tart sex bomb, with an incredible array of nuances on the nose conjuring notions of struck flint, earth, meat, baking bread and allspice. Medium to full-bodied, rich and oh-so-sensuous, it delivers incredible fruit, savory layers and a very long finish. SP32-1

  • Aubert 2021 Chardonnay Lauren

    $199.99

    Sonoma Coast California
    Wine Advocate 98-100 Rating
Unlike many of Aubert's wines, the 2021 Chardonnay Lauren Estate incorporates four different selections (Hyde Old Wente, Montrachet, Mount Eden and Hudson). From vines planted in 1999 and 2000 on the site of a former orchard, and matured in 80% new French oak, it exudes power yet remains balanced. Hints of pencil shavings mark the nose, joined by effusive notes of lime and white peach, while the palate is full-bodied, rich and slightly oily in feel. Despite a sense of massive density, it remains fresh and lively, with great length and energy on the finish. It's the crowning achievement among a stellar collection of 2021s from Aubert. SP32-1

Toasted herb and cedar notes offer details of cumin, chai tea and caramel that bring a warm element to the blueberry muffin and blackberry flavors. Thickly tannic, but polished and refined. Drink now through 2030. 165 cases made. SP18-1

  • B Cellars 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Ehrlich Vineyard

    $149.99

    Napa Valley California
    Wine Advocate 96 Rating
The 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Ehrlich Vineyard is from another spot in Oakville. The production of this wine is 750 cases of unfined and unfiltered Cabernet Sauvignon. B Cellars is starting to get my attention and is one of the more exciting and newer producers in Napa Valley, and although they’ve been at it for a while, I have never tasted wines of this quality from them. This is spectacular Cabernet Sauvignon that offers up cedar wood, blackcurrants, blueberry, incense and graphite. It is full-bodied, powerful and rich, but with sweet tannin and the 2014 hallmark of suppleness and charm. Quite deep, opulent and stunningly rich, drink it over the next 20 years. R39-1

  • Zuccardi 2017 Malbec Concreto

    $34.99

    Mendoza Argentina
    James Suckling 96 Rating
This is a unique wine for Mendoza with a cool-fruit and serious slate character. Undertones of dried herbs and bark. Full body, integrated fruit and tannins. Wet earth, too. Reminds me of the reds in Spain's Galicia, but so new in Argentina. Drink now but better in 2020. SP40-3
