A step up over the Russian River blend, the 2016 Pinot Noir Sonoma Coast offers more red fruits, raspberries, flowers, and rose petal notes, with a pinewood/forest floor character developing with time in the glass. This medium-bodied, silky, elegant Pinot Noir has a terrific sense of minerality, integrated acidity, and a complex, nuanced style that’s going to evolve nicely for 7-8 years. R9-2 SP9-3

The 2015 Pinot Noir Sonoma Coast is straight up classic. Black raspberries, spice, caramelized cherries and forest floor characteristics all flow to a rich, balanced, gorgeously textured wine that has perfectly integrated fruit, tannin and alcohol. It has fine, yet present tannin and a great finish. R8-2 SP9-2

Nicely textured, medium-bodied, and elegant on the palate, with a subtle sense of minerality on the finish, it's an outstanding, classy Meursault to enjoy over the coming 7-8 years or so. R36-2

  • Kosta Browne 2015 Gap’s Crown Pinot Noir

    $99.99

    Sonoma Coast California
    Jeb Dunnuck 97 Rating
From a site that was decimated with regards to yields, the 2015 Pinot Noir Gap's Crown Vineyard comes from a very diverse site that has varying soil types and elevations. At the top, it's primarily iron, volcanic soils, with some clay, but as you move down the vineyard you find more chert (seabed soils) and clay/loam. Kosta Browne owns a full 36 acres of the site, with lots of varying clones, and this is one of the larger production cuvee. The 2015 Pinot Noir Gap’s Crown Vineyard is smoking good and just loaded with notions darker fruits, caramelized blackberries, smoked earth, and pepper. Big, rich and textured on the palate, with a smoking good texture, this is one of the larger scaled, richer wines in the lineup.

  • Torrin 2013 Tsundere

    $89.99

    Paso Robles
    Wine Advocate 95 Rating
Another blockbuster, the 2013 Tsundere shows the more pretty style of the vintage, but certainly doesn't pull any punches with its graphite, black fruits, scorched earth and charred meat aromas and flavors. A blend of 30% Syrah, 30% Grenache, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Tannat aged in 70% new barrels, it has a full-bodied, pedal to the metal character on the palate as well as ripe tannin and a big mid-palate. Drink this hedonistic 2013 anytime over the coming decade or more. SP15-1
