Domaine Daniel Pollier 2022 Macon Villages
Price range: $17.99 through $198.00Maconnais France
Crisp, balanced and delicately floral, Chardonnays from the Macon Villages are often made in the unoaked style and offer a magnificent sampling of what white Burgundy has to offer—without years of waiting and high dollar price tags. Regardless, you can count on Macon Villages whites to be fresh and fruity with citrus and melon flavors, and aromas of white roses, honeysuckle, lemon-grass or fennel.

Domaine Daniel Pollier 2022 Pouilly Fuisse Vieilles Vignes
Price range: $29.99 through $324.00Burgundy France
The Pouilly-Fuissé Vieilles Vignes by Domaine Daniel Pollier is matured in barriques, a quarter of the barrels are new, the rest is in second or third use. This wine is especially concentrated, it shows scents like hazelnuts, floral notes, white and yellow fruits, and a lovely oak influence that supports the fruit, but does not dominate it. An alternative to the rather expensive white wines of the Côte d'Or.

Domaine de Chevalier 2010 Bordeaux Blend
$119.99Pessac Leognan Bordeaux
Jeb Dunnuck 95 Rating
The 2010 Domaine de Chevalier is still a baby, yet with air, offers tons of pleasure. Black currants, truffle, scorched earth, and licorice aromas and flavors all give way to a big, concentrated, unctuous beauty that has ample sweetness to its tannin, a stacked mid-palate, and a blockbuster finish. A blend of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot and the rest Petit Verdot, it needs an hour in a decanter if drinking anytime soon, and certainly has another two decades of longevity in front of it. It’s a sensational bottle of wine. R12-1 -

Domaine de Ferrand 2017 Chateauneuf du Pape
$69.99Southern Rhone Valley France
Jeb Dunnuck 95 Rating
The 2017 Châteauneuf Du Pape checks in as 90% Grenache and the rest 3% each of Mourvèdre, Syrah and Bourboulenc, with a splash of Cinsault, brought up all in tank. It has a deep, layered, powerful yet elegant style as well as notes of black raspberries, crushed violets, blueberries, ground pepper, and earth. With a rounded, sexy texture, no hard edges, fine tannins, and a beautiful finish, it's a fabulous wine in the vintage. SP35-2 -
Domaine de Ferrand 2022 Cotes du Rhone Mistral
Price range: $19.99 through $102.00Southern Rhone Valley France
James Suckling 92 Rating
Freshly opened, this youthful Cotes du Rhone is brimming with ripe cherry fruit, then with a little aeration in the glass the aromas expand to include a slew of red berry fruit and spices. On the medium- to full-bodied palate, the balance of restrained ripeness and healthy dry tannins is spot-on. Long, polished finish with plenty of energy.
