Domaine Zind-Humbrecht 2021 Riesling Heimbourg
$49.99Alsace France
James Suckling 95 Rating
What a fascinating peachy, flinty and smoky nose this great dry Riesling has. Power, energy and vitality on the generous palate, but also a profoundly chalky and flinty minerality. Long juicy finish that pulls you back for more. From biodynamically grown grapes. Drink or hold. BX-12 -
Domaines Bunan 2025 Mas de la Rouviere Rose Bandol
Price range: $29.99 through $150.00Provence France
This Bandol is a stylish Provencal rosé that has a lovely coral-pink color and expressive crushed-berry scents and flavors, offset with some fresh wild herb notes. This blend benefits from that grape’s intense perfume and structure. Delicious and a bit fuller bodied, it is great with a wide variety of food pairings or perfect as an aperitif.

Domaines Ott 2024 Château Romassan Bandol Rosé
Price range: $49.99 through $270.00Provence France
Vinous 94 Rating
The 2024 Rosé Château Romassan is a wine of supreme textural finesse and elegance. Beautifully weighted, broad and nearly opulent, yet in no way heavy, the 2024 drapes a blanket of floral-inflected orchard fruit across the tongue, coating every corner of the mouth through the long, focused finish. Rosewater, orange confit and a tickle of sea salt last well after the wine has exited the stage. This is such an intentional Rosé made with the highest level of craftsmanship. I wouldn’t hesitate to age this Bandol for a few years to allow even further complexity to develop. Bravo.

Dominio de Pingus 2020 Flor de Pingus
$109.99Ribera del Duero
Wine Advocate 94 Rating
There is around 20% new oak in the 2020 Flor de Pingus, and because it has a little younger vines (there was a land-consolidation project in La Horra in 2006!), there'll be some Garnacha starting in 2021 and maybe some oak vats for aging too. All this shows the direction, where he found structure and volume in the palate, with textured tannins. It's harmonious and elegant, aromatic and floral, perfumed and showy, with contained ripeness and around 14% alcohol. The palate is quite powerful, with abundant but fine tannins. R38-2 -
Dominio de Pingus 2022 “Psi”
Price range: $39.99 through $216.00Ribera del Duero Spain
Vinous 93 Rating
The 2022 PSI hails from the Sorian side of Ribera del Duero. Ripe plum, cherry and herbal aromas mingle with a balsamic touch, soft cedar and a hint of prune. The palate is juicy and creamy in texture, defined by firm, fine-grained tannins and moderate structure. Concentration comes from the old vines, while lively acidity balances the fine tannins. A solid example of Ribera Soriana.

Dominus Estate 2012 Red
$269.99Napa Valley California
Antonio Galloni 100 Rating
Extremely Limited Offering
The 2012 Dominus is a wild, exotic wine. Harvest began on October 9 and finished on the 21st, very late by present-day standards. Ripe red cherry, kirsch, cinnamon, rose petal, incense and rose petal soar out of the glass. Deep and vibrant, with terrific freshness, Dominus is very clearly one of the wines of the year. I loved the 2012 from barrel, but found it quite closed after bottling. Now, after all these years, I finally see the realization of the potential suggested in my barrel tastings. Magnificent.
