    Russian River Valley California
    Jeb Dunnuck 96 Rating
A deep transparent ruby, the elegant 2021 Pinot Noir Estate displays a refined, classic appeal in its notes of wild raspberry, fresh roses, and forest herbs. Medium-bodied, it reveals fine tannins and remarkable purity throughout its fresh, well-balanced layers of orange peel, ripe red cherry, and floral, spicy notes that continue long on the palate. A beautiful Pinot with a lot of immediate appeal, it will continue to drink well over the next 6-8 years. This stunning wine far exceeds its entry-level status. It’s absolutely gorgeous.

  • Chateau Coutet 2017 Barsac 375 ml

    $39.99

    Sauternes Bordeaux France
    Jeb Dunnuck 95 Rating
Another rocking sweet wine is the 2017 Château Coutet. This big, full-bodied, opulent beauty has serious notes of orange blossom, buttered citrus, and honey, yet also shows the more pure, precise, and elegant style of the vintage on the palate. The cool, overcast summer allowed good ripeness while preserving the purity of fruit and the whites (and dessert wines) from this vintage are beautiful!

  • Sojourn Cellars 2018 Gaps Crown Vineyard Pinot Noir

    $79.99

    Sonoma Coast California
    Jeb Dunnuck 97 Rating
A gem of a wine, the 2018 Pinot Noir Gap's Crown Vineyard comes from one of the great sites on the Sonoma Coast and saw a touch of stems (10%) and 50% new French oak. Tasting like a mix of a Russian River Valley Pinot Noir with its richness and depth and a Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir with its elegance and finesse, this brilliant wine is loaded with wild strawberry and darker berry fruits intermixed with lots violets, spice, pine cone, and forest floor aromas and flavors. It packs plenty of richness and depth on the palate, has awesome tannins, a stacked mid-palate, and no shortage of length on the finish. Don't miss it! R7-3

  • Domaine Rapet Père et Fils 2017 Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru

    $249.99

    Burgundy France
    Wine Advocate 95 Rating
With the 2017 Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru, Rapet has produced his finest white since 2014. The wine opens in the glass with a classy nose of ripe lemons, green apple, white flowers and crushed chalk, framed by subtle hints of oatmeal and beeswax. On the palate, it's full-bodied, deep and layered, with excellent concentration and broad shoulders, but also promising structural tension and reserve. The long, chalky finish is penetrating and intense. This is well worth seeking out. R22-3

  • Domaine Raymond Usseglio 2018 Chateauneuf du Pape Cuvee Imperiale

    $89.99

    Southern Rhone Valley France
    Wine Advocate 97 Rating
Most of the vInes for the 2018 Chateauneuf du Pape Cuvee Imperiale were planted in 1902, mainly Grenache, with a few other scattered plants of other varieties. Full-bodied and concentrated, it boasts massive flavors of raspberries and cherries, with just enough herbal intricacies woven into the fabric of the wine to impart a sense of lightness and freshness—it positively tingles on the long, long finish. Produced from biodynamically grown fruit at yields just half the maximum permitted by the appellation (16–18 hectoliters per hectare, versus 35), it's a tremendous effort. R11-2 SPBX-12

  • Familia Nin-Ortiz 2016 Nit de Nin Mas d’en Caçador

    $99.99$540.00

    Priorat Spain
    Wine Advocate 98 Rating
The 2016 Nit de Nin Mas d’en Caçador was produced with grapes from 78- to 113-year-old vines in the Mas d'en Caçador vineyard in Porrera. It's a blend of Garnacha Negra, Garnacha Peluda and Cariñena with some 5% white grapes. It fermented with full clusters and indigenous yeasts in a 3,200-liter oak vat and matured in a similar 2,700-liter oak vat. It has great balance and is ripe and Mediterranean, without any excess; it's incredibly elegant and has character. In a way, it makes me think of a classical Châteauneuf, with fine tannins and subtle minerality

  • Domaine Servin 2018 Chablis Grand Cru Bougros

    $89.99

    Burgundy France
    Vinous 95 Rating
The 2018 Chablis Bougros Grand Cru has a delectable nose, exquisitely defined and featuring vivid citrus lemon, apricot and subtle hazelnut scents; a touch of crushed stone becomes evident with aeration. The palate is very well balanced with a fine bead of acidity. So much energy is coiled up in this Chablis, and the captivating, mineral-driven finish really gets the most out of this Grand Cru vineyard. Superb. R31-6 SPB2-1

  • PerUs 2016 Alessio

    $289.99

    Napa Valley California
    Enjoyabilityfactor 97 Rating
This flamboyant Bordeaux style blend is a combination of 50% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Franc, and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon once again displays Russell Bervan's genius in blending. A nod to the original vintage of PerUs, this wine reveals the continued love affair between Sugar Loaf Mountain's Bordeaux varietals and Tench Vineyard's Cabernet Sauvignon. Combining these two epic vineyard sites once again display that sometimes the sum is truly greater than its parts. SP22-2
