Erica and Kim Crawford (yes, that one) aren’t afraid to be different. This SB ramps up flavor and texture via the use of oak barrels and concrete eggs. The result is a rounder, richer Savvy B than most in the Marlborough stable, with honeyed grapefruit, peach pit and fresh herbs, and a creamy mouthfeel, neatly balanced by peachy acidity, and etched ever-so-slightly in salty sea air.
